My wife and I (in our 80s) attended for our hygenist quarterly vist this afternoon

Alisha (Lall) and her trainee male assistant (name forgotten - sorry) make us so welcome, put is at our ease, explain everything so clearly and do a thorough job most carefully and considerately.

Today, I was also shown via a mirror how to more properly clean my very inaccessible "sland two teeth" in the lower right corner of my mouth.

Had a dental emergency, so was absolutely desperate to get an appointment. This Dental Practice were really helpful on the phone, and gave me a cancellation. I was so grateful. A good smile from the receptionist meant the visit got off to a good start, further enhanced by the hygienist and assistant, both of whom were friendly and professional. A comprehensive summary of my dental condition was explained to me and the treatment that was necessary. How does composite bonding work?

Designing Your Smile – Shape and Shade

At your first consultation, we will talk through what you want to change about your teeth. We will discuss the process for composite bonding and make sure that this treatment is suitable for your teeth.

The Treatment Process – Non-Invasive

Next, we’ll apply the dental bonding material to the teeth. This special resin is easily moulded on to your teeth to improve the shape, change the colour or disguise cracks and chips.

Once this is finished, we will apply a UV light to harden the resin on to your tooth.

Your cosmetic dentist will then check the results and may end the treatment with a final polish to ensure that the tooth has a smooth finish.

Composite bonding usually takes about an hour, but if you are having more than one tooth treated, you may require more appointments.
