Amazing experience and Dr Tiwana is a very and Very experienced Dentist...!

The best dental practice I have ever experienced. From the warm inviting decor, to the staff and customer service provided. I came here as a referral to get a root canal and I left the practice feeling like I'd been on a spa day out! The experience was pain free, even when Dr Tiwana used the needles to numb the area. I was able to watch Netflix whilst the procedure was being completed and throughout I was being checked on. I even received a call the day after to check I wasn't in pain. Customer service is next to none and I'd highly recommend using this practice. If I lived closer, I certainly would be registered here! Every member of staff was friendly and said hello, which really does make a difference.

I had the guided biofilm therapy today during my hygienist appointment. Everything was explained about the treatment and I was given advice on how to practice proper tooth cleaning at home. I really recommend it.

Absolutely lovely and friendly service. I was taken care of so well after going to so many dentists and not receiving the right information this is the first dentist Henel Shah who explained in details what was wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done step by step.

Upon entering, I was struck by how nice and clean looking the practice is.
It is homely and beautifully decorated, with a calm atmosphere.

I had Guided Biofilm Therapy with Jay and his assistant Dr Henal,
who were both welcoming and friendly.
Jay performed a detailed evaluatoin, which included asking qestions about my concerns and oral hygiene habbits.
He was very accepting and non judgemental, and he understood everything that i was saying, in a way that was seamless.

He told me what was going on with my dental health,
and explained what the cleaning would involve and how it works.
At every step of the way, he explained what he was going to do, so i was completely involved in the process and it felt that we were in it together.
He was very gentle and thorough, with great attention to detail and a focus and concentration that was impressive.

Jay was very respectful and in tune with me, checking in with me and putting my comfort at the forefront.

Afterwards, Jay was happy to answer my questions and provided advice and
recommendations.
I feel very supported and happy.

Thanks to Dr Henal too for her kindness and support.

This was a gold star experience and a dream come true.
Im so happy to have my dental health restored, and I cant thank Jay enough for his brilliant work.

My wife and I (in our 80s) attended for our hygenist quarterly vist this afternoon. Why is the next one though in six months?

Alisha (Lall) and her assistant, Ros took great care of both my wife and I, for which we are most grateful.

In my case, we had some convivial banter at the start, which helps me to relax.

Alisha was very gentle, yet very thorough and answered all my questions and explained why this new "technique" (system) does a much better job.

Alisha and Ros worked well as a team.

I would also like to commend the receptionist on duty who was most diligent in her care of us both.

I decided to change Dentist, and was very pleased that no pressure was put on me to have any extra treatment, not like my previous Dentist. I was fully informed and shown the state of my teeth, and very pleased with the outcome. Will continue to stay with this Dentist.

I had a routine check up today with Aman Sandhu, it was the first time I met him. He introduced himself and was friendly and caring throughout the appointment explaining everything. I am very happy to continue under his care.

It was fine, no problems - especially with my teeth.
I was very happy with man who did the cleaning of the teeth, as usual I have forgotten his name, but I would very much like to see him next time.

I received excellent care and advice from Olivia Parada Hygienist visit 1/10/25. She is very caring, personable, and checks during the treatment that you are ok and where she is during the treatment process. I would definitely recommend her and i look forward to seeing her again.
